EVENTS WITH AMEY VENDORS AGREE AND UNDERSTAND IN ORDER TO BE A VENDOR OF EVENTS WITH AMEY EVENTS YOU AS A VENDOR HAVE TO PROMOTE THE EVENT AND INVITE 50-100 FRIENDS TO THE EVENT YOU’RE PARTICIPATING IN.
VENDOR AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT NO VENDOR FEES ARE ALLOWED TO BE TRANSFERRED OVER TO ANY OTHER EVENTS.
VENDOR AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT EACH TABLE WILL RECEIVE ONE WRISTBAND EACH TABLE IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL IT’LL BE $10 MEANING IF A PERSON IS SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS AT YOUR TABLE THEY WILL NEED A WAISTBAND IF YOU HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS COMING TO THE EVENT IT WILL BE A $1 ENTRY FEE PLEASE LET THEM KNOW BEFORE HAND BEFORE COMING TO THE EVENT EVERY GUEST HAS TO PAY THE ENTRY FEE. IF YOU NEED TO BRING ANY ADDITIONAL TABLES IN IT’LL BE $25 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL TABLE FROM ME UNDERSTAND IT’LL BE CONSIDERED AS ANOTHER VENDOR SLOT.
VENDOR AGREE AND UNDERSTAND ONCE YOU’VE READ AND SIGNED THE VENDOR CONTRACT YOULL NEED TO SEND YOUR LOGO TO EVENTSWITHAMEY@GMAIL.COM FOR A PROMOTION FLYER.
VENDOR AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ALL THE INFORMATION YOULL NEED WILL BE LOCATED ON YOUR VENDOR CONTRACT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SLOT PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 72 HOURS THE EVENT.
ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
Vendors must check in between 9am-11am and must be fully set up by 12pm (event start time) Meaning vendors shall have access to the agreed upon location TWO hours before the start of the event to have time to set up their goods and other necessary items.
Breakdown begins at THE END TIME OF THE EVENT Early breakdown is NOT PERMITTED
Vendor’s staff may announce the availability of their goods to be sold only within the confines of their designated vendor space. Vendor's staff must be neatly attired and groomed, as well as conduct themselves in an orderly manner.
Vendors MUST provide their own signage backdrop or any other display materials which may be needed. NO WALL ATTACHMENTS. CANOPIES NOT PERMITTED INDOORS
Wristbands must be worn during set up and event by vendor and staff. Vendors are responsible for their staff.
Vendors must ensure all tables, booths and showcases are staffed at ALL TIMES during this pop-up event.
Vendors agree to market their presence as a vendor at the pop-up event via the current means of promoting your business including internet (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and in print. IT IS VERY IMPOMART TO PROMOTE THIS EVENT WITH FLYER YOU ARE RESPOAIBLED FOR THE FOOT TRAFFIC AS AN VENDOR
Vendor grants full permission to Events With Amey. to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotation in promotions.
Vendors must unload and move their vehicles to the designated parking area before beginning to set up
Vendors agree to clean up after themselves and any trash/ discarded items left on premise will therefor result in banning offending vendor from participation in future vendor events
Vendors use provide their own change (there is an ATM on premise)
