I have read and fully understand and agree to abide by all rules of the 2026 Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational Tournament. I hereby release the Ft. Pierce King Mackerel Invitational, its sponsors, their principles, their subsidiaries, and their affiliates from any and all liability. I further understand that the decision to fish and participate is the responsibility of the registrant/captain/boat owner.
By electronically signing below, this is considered a sworn affidavit acknowledging receipt and understanding of the rules and that each boat participant shall adhere to all rules. This affidavit may be signed by the Captain or Crew Member and shall apply to the entire team competing. If signed by a crew member, the crew member certifies to the Tournament that they have been duly appointed with authority by the registered Boat Captain to execute this on behalf of and to bind the registered team.
