2022 SMM Alumni Basketball Tournament

Thanks for playing in the 2022 SMM Alumni Basketball Tournament. All games will be played in the SMM Raynor Center. Once registration is complete the tournament schedule will be sent via email. The first game will begin at 4pm on Friday, December 23 and games will continue through 9pm. The tournament will resume on Monday, December 26 at 9 am and play will be throughout the day. Make sure each player completes this form so we can have a better way to contact everyone next year. Six players per team, there is a $100 fee per team. Payments should be cash or Venmo to @zach-pusic. Payments should be made prior to the first game played by the team.
