For the following questions, please indicate how often or strongly you feel about each item. If you would like to keep your score, be sure to record it as you will not be able to access this after submission. These scores will NOT be recorded in any way, as it is for your eyes only.
  • Based on the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, your score shown above indicates:

  • 0-25: Almost no sign of burnout
  • 26-49: Slight sign of burnout
  • 50-74: Risk of burnout
  • 75-100: Most likely experiencing burnout
  • Remember: even if your score is lower, you could still be experiencing burnout or strong negative feelings such as stress, anxiety, depression, etc. and you should get help as soon as possible if needed. If you need help urgently, you can call the 24/7 mental health emergency number: 988. Check out these links for more information.
