Please take Notice that We the People demand a lawful audit of our Primary and General Elections in the manner that we see fit. We the People believe there has been maladministration in carrying out the Primary and General Elections.
It is the People's order and demand that a full forensic audit of the Primary and General Elections be enacted which:
- Utilizes the full forensic kinematic audit techniques developed by Jovan Hutton Pulitzer during the 2020 Maricopa County AZ audit
- Consists of non-destructive scrutiny of all paper, electronics, processes, procedures, and assets yet to be named
- Involves We the People in identifying the several leaders overseeing all facets of the full forensic audit
- Adheres to Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's newly formalized methods which will cost less than $1 million dollars and be completed in a matter of several weeks
Please respond within five (5) days upon receipt of this Notice by an Affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point with proof stating the Article(s) and Section(s) found within the Hawaii Constitution and/or the United States Constitution, that shows you have authority to infringe and trespass on the rights of the People or grants you the privilege to block or interfere in the People's authority to regulate their own governmental affairs. A response not addressing each point listed above will be considered a lack of response. If you fail to take decisive action immediately to conduct a non-destructive, full forensic audit of the Primary and General Elections, then you agree that you are knowingly and willfully ignoring the power of the People, while trespassing upon the Constitutions you swore an oath to uphold, protect and defend.
Furthermore, failure to respond means that you agree by acquiescence that our statements in this Notice to be truth and law and that you do not have any constitutional authority and your purported so-called regulations are a nullity and have no force and effect whatsoever. Further, you agree that you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice by trespassing on the People's Inherent Rights and that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as truth and evidence in all courts of record. It is my sincere wish that you will do that which is necessary to secure and protect the People's property and rights.
