• 2026 Theta Alpha Sigma (ΘΑΣ) Education Assistance Scholarship

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated was founded on November 12, 1922, by seven educators on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. These women believed in the power of education and built a sorority tradition of empowering the youth through academic assistance that reflected that belief. The Theta Alpha Sigma Chapter founded on June 25, 1995, aims to further that belief by motivating our youth toward greater academic achievement. It is in the spirit of service, and through our commitment to education, that we annually award the Theta Alpha Sigma Education  Assistance Scholarship to deserving high school seniors who will be enrolling in an accredited college or university for the upcoming fall semester.
