Registration Instructions! Important, read it before you register!
1.Filling the form

Please, fill the registration form below. It only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
- Please use only English or Latin letters when you fill the form!
- Do not use foreign letters and characters. It can not be displayed.
- Do not use special characters, such as (#, $, &) etc...
- Do not use line breaks!
- Questions with * mark must be filled.
- We do not take responsibility for typos and incorrect sentences.
- You can Edit Submission in your confirmation email we have sent you after your registration.
2.Registration Fee

Please note due to the high number of registrations and the limitation of the Yearbook pages, we had to impose a small Registration or Include Me fee (£5 Half Page Profile or £10 Full Page Profile) for students who wish to be included in the Yearbook.
- If you do not pay this fee your profile will not be published in the Yearbook.
- If you only register and not purchase a Yearbook after your registration, then you will not receive a Yearbook at all, only your profile will be added.

3.Purchase Yearbook

After you completed the form and paid your registration fee you will have a chance to purchase your 2022/23 Yearbook. There are only two ways of ordering your Yearbook:
- Option 1: in the end of this registration form (Thank you page).
- Option 2: After your registration in the confirmation email sent to your email address (university email and personal email), please check your junk and spam folder as our confirmation email might end up there. In case you won't receive our confirmation email at all, please email us and we will re-send you your order link at: registration@uniyearbook.com
