    Our support team generally responds within a few hours of your submission. But keep in mind, it may take up to 1 business day for a response.

  • Tech support can take 1-2 Business Days to process, once we have a solution, we will contact you via email. Please write in detail what issue you are experiencing and include pictures of your error codes or anything useful for us to have to understand the issue you are experiencing. Thank you!

    Our technicans do not build raceme tunes, we are partnered with RaceMe canada and their team will be able to assit your tune isses/questions.
