Please send a payment transfer receipt via email secretariat@isiem.net before November 30, 2022 (early bird) or January 31, 2023 (regular). The email subject should be PC-paper ##
The registered participant has a right to get:
– One e-certificate per registered paper *
– E- program book
– Full-day seminar package (for participants who attend to venue)
– The paper will be submitted to Scopus indexed publication or national journal (Sinta 2 or 3).

*The title of the paper will be stated in the certificate. The name in the certificate for the additional paper is the same as the name in the main paper.
Term & Conditions
1. A submitted paper should not in the process of submission to other parties.
2. A paper should be presented by at least one of the authors.
3. Changes in authors or affiliations only can be made before the camera-ready paper is submitted.
4. All presented papers will be submitted to AIP (Scopus indexed publication) or IOP (WOS Indexed Publication) or National journal Sinta 2 or 3. Each participant can choose which publication option to submit.
5. The publishers will review all submitted papers. The decision of acceptance will be based on the review result. During the process, there is a possibility of revisions, based on the review result.
6. Registered papers that are not published in Scopus indexed publication or the national journals will be published in ISIEM Proceeding and can be downloaded in www.isiem.net
7. All accepted and presented papers will be indexed by Google Scholar.
8. After payment confirmation, withdrawing a paper(s) is not allowed.
9. All registered participants are mandatory to join WhatsApp Group to get the updated info from the Committee.
