Nursery Village exhibits will be provided free of charge but a refundable €250 deposit per exhibit will be required. Payment of the deposit must be submitted by Wednesday 15th March 2023. Payment information is included at the end of this form.

Exhibits will consist of a 9-12 sqm display area, a 3mx3m marquee, four sales tables; one on either outer side of the marquee, plus two on each side inside the marquee (see image above). Dedicated storage space for trollies will be provided at the rear of each exhibit, with access to each stand via trackway for loading and unloading.

Additional selling tables will be available to pre-order at a cost of €30 per table (excluding VAT @ 23%). See Section 5 for details.

Please note a booking deposit of €250 is due on confirmation of acceptance of your application. The deadline for payment is 15th March 2023. The deposit will be returned to participants in June, after Bloom has taken place. Payment options are available at the end of this form. VAT at a rate of 23% will apply to all additional items ordered.
