If you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify our appointment and you miss the 72 hour cut off window, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service and 20% gratuity will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment. For any reason you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we will need to reschedule our appointment, and the cancellation fee will be charged.
