Recommendation to the Nominations Committee Form
Use this form to recommend a person to be considered for nomination by the Nominations Committee. If you wish to suggest more than one person, please complete a recommendation section for each person. You may recommend up to three (3) persons.
UAA Membership Requirement:
1. To make a recommendation, you must be a current UAA member. 2. The person(s) you are recommending must hold a current UAA membership.
Verification Requirement:
Before completing the recommendation form, you must verify that the individual(s) is/are willing to stand for election, if formally nominated by the Nominations Committee. Sometimes the person(s) you have in mind may be already fully committed to other roles, or may have life plans that may prevent their engagement in the board. On the other hand, your show of support may convince them that they should stand for election. So we ask that you reach out to the person(s) you want to suggest and get their reaction to the idea before you submit their name(s).
