LAB 2023 College 2 Career Day Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

This registration form is for vendors. The LAB College 2 Career Day is for college students in Louisiana currently studying journalism, mass communication, broadcasting or just interested in television and radio. If your company would like to have a representative in attendance, please complete and submit the following form. You will be redirected to payment after submission.
The College2Career Day will take place Saturday, February 25th, 2023 at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's Student Union in the Atchafalaya Ballroom.

Exhibitor arrival is at 8am. The agenda is below:

8:00am- Exhibitor check-in and swag drop-off
8:30am- Student Check-in begins
9:00am- Welcome
9:05am- Radio Panel
9:40am- Professional Development Round 1
10:20am- Break
10:30am- Television Panel
11:05am- Professional Development Round 2
11:45am- Lunch (food will be provided)
12:10pm- Professional Development Round 3
1:00pm- Thank You & Conclusions

Instead of a traditional job fair booth, exhibitor's will be given a large round table. During the Professional Development rounds, 6 students will sit at your table for 10 minutes until its time for the students to switch tables.

We suggest you bring:
- Laptop to view student's demo reels
- Business cards
- small swag (ex: pens)
- Giveaway swag the LAB will handout (t-shirt, tumblers, etc.
  
  You do not need to bring banners or other large items. This event will be more interactive and heavy on conversation with students.
