TOPIC: SEATBELTS & CARSEATS

Everyone must wear a seatbelt in a CedarS vehicle on and off camp property.

If a camper less than 4 years old or weighing under 40 lbs., they must be seated in a car seat (a child passenger restraint system appropriate for the camper.

Campers between the ages of 4 and 8, who also weigh between 40 and 80 lbs, and are under 4’9” tall, must be seated in a car seat or booster seat appropriate for that camper. Campers who are older and taller are required to wear a seat belt.

Booster seats are available at camp. Visit the Front Office to borrow one. A booster seat will also be readily available in the Ever-Ready vehicle.
