Cancellation and Liability Policy:Students under the age of 18 may be dropped off for workshops/classes, but they must remain in the studio until a designated parent or guardian can get them after class. Please note: if a parent or guardian listed on this form is unable to pick a child up as intended, a text message is required letting us know who will be picking up your child. Please refrain from playing on outside equipment. Any playground/outside equipment is considered private property, and North South Studio, nor the Thibeault family can’t be held liable for injuries or damages that may occur. Due to demand and limited spots, North South Studio has a no refund policy. If you must miss a class or workshop, we cannot refund tuition.
