Cleaning Checklist and Home Conditions
Many home conditions can be serviced, however, there are some conditions that cleaners cannot clean. Please review the cleaning checklist and excluded services and conditions in homes. This can be found in your booking confirmation email.
EXCLUDED SERVICES: I understand some services are not included in a cleaning. I have reviewed the cleaning checklist to make sure that it meets my needs.

Photographs Required For Service
We must have clear photography of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces which depict why this booking has been selected as 'Heavy Duty.' We do not perform these services sight unseen. Photographs enable us to prepare the service providers so they can determine scope, scheduling needs, supplies, and equipment. Any Heavy Duty cleaning for which there are no photos on file at least 2 days in advance will be cancelled without a fee. Photography which hides, minimizes, or otherwise falsifies the state of the home may result in an on-site cancellation with up to a $99 fee.
Upload clear photos of all rooms which will be serviced. Kitchens should include fixtures/appliances. Bathrooms must include toilet, sink, and shower/tub.
