The JRC is not supported by Birthright or any mega foundation. We offer this trip for the low price of $800, because price should not be a reason for someone to miss out on having an incredible Jewish experience and education. All of this even with major upgrades over Birthright in terms of accomodations, high end eateries, and activities and private tours tailored to small groups.
Thus, we turn to many donors like you and your family to help us! The full price of the trip is $3800. Please use the slider below to choose an amount your family can contribute towards the trip. Anything you donate over $800 is 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE and if paid before the end of the year, a Tax Receipt will be mailed out for the 2024 year.

The actual cost of your flight is not yet fixed, but will be around $1600, and for the sake of the example below we will use that number to help you understand your financial responsibilty towards this trip. Here we go:
The cost of your flight will be ~$1600, your ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE for CASH, but can be canceled and SAVED for ~$1600 in credit on El Al to be used by December of 2025. This credit MAY be used by you OR transfered OR sold to anyone of your choosing, but it up to you to deal with all cancellations and changes.
Upon submitting your deposit for the trip you will be issued a ticket on El Al. Should you CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP, you agree TO pay the JRC the difference in price between the your El Al ticket and how much you put down right now.
For example, if you decide to give $2000 towards the trip and then cancel, you will be given a voucher on El Al for $1600, and you will be refunded $400 (minus the $50 application fee).
If you decide to give less than the ticket price and cancel, then you will owe the difference. For example if you decided to give the minimum $800 towards the trip and cancel, then you will owe an additional $800 (plus $50 application fee) to the JRC, and you will retain a credit on El Al of $1600, so you are not losing anything except the $50 application fee.
