We’re excited that you’re interested in being part of a meaningful mentorship experience designed to support your professional growth, confidence and career journey. This program connects professionals with experienced leaders who are committed to sharing insight, perspective and encouragement.

Kindly complete the form below. Upon receipt of this application, your membership will be verified. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email to complete your mentorship profile in the Torch platform.

All mentorship applications + profiles must be completed by 1/31/26 to be considered for the Spring 2026 cohort. *Any applications received after this date will be included in our Fall 2026 cohort.

Requirements to be a mentee:

Must be active WiT member
Female identifying
Minimum 1 year professional experience required
