I understand I must undergo and pass a criminal background check in order to be on the Board of Directors.I understand I must attend year-round board meetings.I will abide by all by-laws established by the SYF and GSJG, in addition to the Code of Conduct.I understand that the SYF limits the number of badges and not all board members will receive a badge.I understand that a board position requires far more than the minimum volunteer hours, and I agree to the entire yearterm.

I also understand that, regardless of previous appointments, the league is not obligated to appoint me to a volunteer position. If appointed, I understand that prior to the expiration of my term: I am subject to suspension and removal by the Executive Board for violation of the GSJG and SYF league policies, principals, and by-laws.

I also understand that if removed, all items belonging to GSJG shall be returned in a timely fashion to keep me in good standing with GSJG so that I may continue to attend events and practices. If items are not returned in a timely fashion, I forfeit participation in any event that GSJG may be a part of.
