  • Noisily is absolutely thrilled to be welcoming you to our new festival site for 2023.  We openly welcome all our deaf, disabled and neurodivergent community and want to make your weekend as easy as we can. We have a number of accessible facilities around the site that are bookable to pre-registered disabled customers.

Please use the form below to request what you need ahead of your arrival and one of the Access Team will get back to you.

(Please note that the accessible facilities are only available to customers with long term disabilities and chronic health conditions. This therefore sadly means that those with short term injuries (such as broken legs or recent operations) and pregnant women do not qualify).

     HOW TO BOOK ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES:

    1. If you are applying for our Personal Assistance (PA) Ticket Scheme or any other accessible facilities please complete this form.
    2. Please include your valid ticket reference number and submit your supporting evidence.
    3. Once submitted, we will endeavour to respond within 7 working days to confirm the status of your request.
    4. If your request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Access Team within 7 working days.
    5. Closer to the festival we will send you an Access Information Pack which will have all the information you require about our accessible facilities.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INFORMATION BELOW PLEASE CONTACT THE NOISILY ACCESS TEAM:
