Project Initiation Form (PIF)

This form can be used to request communications, event, marketing and graphic design support from the Office of Student Success. Please refer to the PIF Process Document for additional details related to the PIF.

Please note request deadlines below. All PIFs will be reviewed and accepted based on the team’s capacity. We will do our best to accommodate all PIF submissions, but priority will be given to requests for revisions of existing assets. Requests for new designs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
