Refund Request Form

A full refund will be issued any time prior to the end of registration. Once regular registration closes all refunds will be minus a $35 administrative fee. There will be no refunds once practices or games begin. Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-3 business days from when they were received. If the registration fee was paid via check or money order a replacement check will be issued. If the request is submitted by 5 p.m. on a Friday the refund check will be mailed no later than the following Friday. If the registration fee was paid by credit/debit card the refund will be processed back to the same credit/debit card. It can take up to 5 to 7 business days to see the refund reflected on your credit card/bank account. If a player was injured practicing or playing the sport they are registered for we will NOT issue a refund, regardless of the time of season the injury occurs. There will be no refunds due to game cancellations, regardless of reason. *Credit card processing fees will not be refunded at any time.
