TB's Got Talent Entry Form

Audition Guidelines 
Are you ready to show us your talent?  We are going to make a difference to families in need, and we need your talent to make it our most successful charity event ever! 

Categories for Entry 

• Vocal
• Variety

100% of money raised from votes will go toward families in need - ($1.00 = 1 vote)

• You may submit an unlimited number of auditions per category.   
• There is no fee to enter
• Eligibility:    Must be a Tori Belle Affiliate or Customer to audition 

Filming Instructions

Wear Tori Belle Colors during your Audition (Red, Black, White, Grey, Silver) 
Must be landscape/horizontal/long. (NOT portrait/vertical/tall)

• A minimum of 720p but 1080p would be ideal
• Use good lighting: Well-lit but not overexposed to avoid losing details of 
• clothing and skin tone 
• Make sure you are not backlit and are in an attractive location 
• Please no filters of any kind  
• Three-minute (maximum) video length
• If possible, please send an icloud link, a googledrive link, or a wetransfer link

Only videos that are Family Friendly, horizontally Filmed and THREE minutes or less will be considered.  

Sixteen Semi-finalists (Top eight from each talent category) will receive:

• Featured on the Tori Belle Cosmetics Website as a Semi-finalist
• Featured on Laura's 2/16/23 Live
• Featured in the Playbill

Eight Finalists (Top four from each talent category) will receive:

• Featured on the TB's Got Talent Charity Bash
• Featured on the Tori Belle Cosmetics Website as a Finalist
• Featured in the Playbill

Vocal and Variety winners will receive:

• $500 gift card
• Featured on social media, seen by millions
• Appear on the cover of Playbill Magazine
