Basketball Practice Request Form
Winter 2024/2025 Practices are included in registration.

Each team will receive 1 hour, half court practice each week. (8 total)
Practices will be held at STRC and AISD Elementary School Gyms.
Practices start times will be scheduled, 6pm,7pm,8pm,9pm.
Younger teams will be scheduled the earlier time slots.

Forms will be accepted by HEAD COACHES ONLY.

Once you have submitted the form, but need to make changes, please
DO NOT SUBMITT ANOTHER FORM.
