RAC School Age Summer Program Registration 2023
How to register your child/ren:
1. Fill out the Form below and Submit (one summer Registration Form per child)
  We are receiving School Age Summer Registration Forms on a first come, first serve basis.
2. Once this Jotform is submitted, please drop off a Non-Refundable Deposit Cheque of $50/week/per child, made out to Runnymede Adventure Club to a RAC staff, within 2 days of submitting the online Summer Jot Form.
3. Once Deposit payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation to verify the weeks your child/ren are registered for.
4. To complete your Registration, Summer Permission Forms will be emailed to you at a later date. (before Summer 2023)
RAC Summer Hours

8:00am-5:00pm

We are Closed: Monday, July 3rd & Monday, Aug 7th - Stat Holidays

First Day of Summer Program: Tuesday, July 4th.

Last Day of Summer Program: Friday, Aug 25th 2023

Please Note: We are closed Aug 28th - Sept 4th Inclusive- RAC Reopens on the First Day of School.

Summer Program

Special Guests or Field Trips are scheduled weekly. We will travel by school bus for all major trips.

Planned Summer Activities Include:
- Weekly AM Clubs
- Arts & Crafts
- Cooking
- Games & Sports
- Community Outings- local parks, library, etc.
Fees

$285 (Weeks 2,3,4,5,7,8)

$250 (Week 1 & 5)
RAC's School Age Summer Program, accepts children ranging in age from those entering Grade 1 in Sept. 2023 to Age 12.

Snacks

Nutritious morning and afternoon snacks are provided daily.

Lunch

A nutritious, trans-fat free, catered lunch is provided based on a four-week rotating menu.

Cancellation Policy

A partial refund will be issued when RAC is given a FULL TWO WEEKS NOTICE of cancellation or if the cancellation is for medical reasons. Please note that the Weekly Deposit of $50.00 will not be refunded.
