The bonus for referring a candidate placed in a contract role is $250 and $1,000 if they are placed in a permanent position. For contract positions, the bonus will be paid after the candidate has worked for three consecutive months. If the candidate is placed in a permanent position, the bonus will be payable after the hiring guarantee is completed.

Only new referrals eligible (i.e. candidates not already registered with Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. – QTR).
