MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Prospective members should follow the instructions provided below for becoming Ethiopian Commnity member.
1.Completely fill out and sign the Membership Application.
2.Completely fill out and sign the Payment Information document.
3.Submit both completed and signed documents to the CEC or representative.
