New Applicant & Renewal Registration
This Concealed Handgun Permit Class will meet all education requirements for application of a concealed carry permit for the state of Louisiana.

This class covers:
- Handgun nomenclature and safe handling procedures
- Instruction on ammunition knowledge and fundamentals of handgun shooting
- Instruction on the use of deadly force and conflict resolution, and the laws that apply
- Child access prevention
- Live range time which includes your shooting qualification
A certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the class.

Class Time: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Location: FRC Range - 9378 S Choctaw Dr, Baton Rouge, LA

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
1. I am 21 years of age or older and empowered to sign this agreement
2. I am submitting this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk declaration voluntarily of my own free will
3. I have no physical or emotional problems, nor any history thereof, which will impair my ability to utilize the facilities and its services in a safe manner
4. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to assess the hazards presented by my use of the facilities and services provided and further agree that I am the ultimate judge as to whether I can use the facilities and services without risk of harm to myself or to the members of the training group
5. I understand and EXPRESSLY ASSUME all the dangers incident to using the facilities and the services provided and hereby RELEASE ALL CLAIMS, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or destruction, and death, whether caused by NEGLIGENCE, breach of contract or otherwise, and whether for bodily injury, sickness, illness, property damage or loss
6. I understand that I will and can participate in firearms training delivered by an instructor. I will follow all instructions from instructors and safety protections. By signing this document and participating in these events, I will not hold the indemnities liable for any injuries or death that may stem directly or indirectly from these training classes. If an adverse or poor health condition occurs during training I will not hold the Indemnitees liable or responsible
7. I give permission to record my participation and appearance during classroom and range activities
8. I agree by signing that I am in fact a legal US and law-biding citizen/person and will not use any training or materials taught to break any state or federal laws.
9. I agree that I can possess a firearm and that I am not a felon. I also agree that any personal firearms brought to the facilities are legal within the definition of the state I reside in and are legal by federal law.
I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, to the extent such rights exists, am aware of its legal consequences, and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
