Jekhipe is Romanes for "together." This is a Romani led and centered peer support space we plan to hold via zoom once a month. This is for all Romani people interested in collective healing. Due to the nature of the topics that may arise, we are requesting that you be age 18 or up to join us.

Language: We will be operating primarily in English but hope to add in Romanes & Spanish translation services.

Accessibility: Closed captioning via zoom will be provided but we do not have sign language interpretation at this time. We will not be recording and ask that no one else records to protect the safety of all community members. O swato kai deches se zoom che ce amen o chib a vas.

The first time you join us, we ask that you have your camera on. Once introductions have been made, having your camera or microphone on will not be required. You get out of togetherness (Jekhipe) what you put into it. No one is obligated to contribute but it could be beneficial for collective healing if you do share. However, we will make any accommodation we possibly can for our Disabled relatives.

Cost: This is a free community space! However, to help us bring in additional facilitators and improve accessibility if you are able, we recommend making a financial contribution via the organizer's kofi.
