Describe yourself & your family in few words.
What breeds have you owned in the past?
Have you ever surrendered an animal to a shelter or rescue? Have you ever rehomed an animal?
Why have you chosen this breed? Have you done your research?
Whats your living arrangement? Apartment, house, farm ? Do you have a fenced in yard?
Hows your living situation are you a family, married, domestic partnership, single? Any children? If so how old?
Where do you work and how many hours will the puppy be left home alone during the day? Where do you plan to leave the puppy while your at work?
How do you discipline or plan to discipline your dog ?
Where will you plan to have the dog live, sleep and stay while in your care?
Do you believe in training your dog to fight in dog rings and/ or to be a vicious threat to other animals or humans?
In your opinion how long is a dog able to stay locked in a crate within a period of 24 hours?

ALL our dogs are on STRICT NON BREEDING agreements. Do you understand this & agree to never breed our dogs with out our consent? There will be a leasing period until the puppy is fixed. During this time if our dogs are bred they will be immediately seized.
In our agreement one of the most important agreement's is regular photo and video updates of our puppies to insure they are being properly taken care of and in good health. If we suspect our dogs are being handled with abuse or used for dog fighting or mistreated, neglected or abused in ANYWAY shape or form we will immediately have our puppies seized.

You are welcome to tell me your color preference here and I will keep this in mind however I match puppies based on temperament and experience of families professionally by Dancroft K9. If you are looking for a specific color and are firm in this decision you are welcome to wait for however long it takes for your color preference to come available who is best suited to you should you be approved.
