IMPORTANT: With the end of the Pandemic, the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council Selection is resuming in-person voting. There is no longer a vote-by-mail option. To save time in line at the Chatsworth Train Station polling place, complete this OPTIONAL online form by 11:59 p.m. March 11, 2023. Simply click the SUBMIT button at the end of this form. A red star (*) indicates required information. If you would rather submit a paper form, or need more details, see https://ChatsworthCouncil.org. You can register in-person by filling out a paper form at the polling place.

DOCUMENTATION: Remember, no matter how you register, you MUST bring your voter documementation to the polling place. This online form is OPTIONAL. If you are a Chatsworth resident, the only documentation you may need is a valid government-issued photo ID, like a driver's license, that includes your current address. Other qualifying categories require a photo ID plus additional documentation. For a list, see Attachment C of the Selection Manual.
