1.ORDERING :
Tarts purchased directly from us are for own consumption only. You are NOT ALLOWED to resell the tarts without our consent.
We will take legal action to any unauthorized reselling.
2. PAYMENT :
We accept payments only payment to our UEN account from this website,.
Orders that fail to provide payment prove will automatically be voided without further notice.
3.INVOICING :
An invoice of your order and transaction will be emailed to you in the next few minutes after you click submit. Please make sure you have given us the correct email and contact number to avoid any error processing your order.
Check your inbox /spam or junk mail.
4.DELIVERY :
There wont be priority deliveries. Our courier will deliver accordingly to clusters given. Our deliveries are all CONTACTLESS at the moment. You will receive a message once its delivered to your address.
And please respect my couriers. Any issue with the order, please whatsapp us. Don't ask the courier.
5.CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS :
You may cancel/change delivery details/time slot of your orders within 24hours after you have click submit. Directly whatsapp us @ +65 87604398 to make those amendments.
6.REFUND & RETURN :
In an event you receive your order in poor condition, PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY so we could process a replacement or refund for that order.
Any complaints after 6hrs from delivery time will not be entertained.
We will refund orders that is cancelled within 24hours from time of order. Your refund will be processed back to you within 24hours.
Orders made after 72 hours will not be refunded.
