RELEASE AND WAIVER FROM LIABILITY

I/we understand that many risks are beyond the control of SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is a travel agent and ONLY liasoning between Tour operator and travellers. In ACCEPTING THIS WAIVER, I/we voluntarily assume all risks, for personal injury, death, losses or any other damage, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary, to me or my family, friends or relatives (travelling with me) that may occur as a result of our participation in your tours of the negligence of any party, including the tour guide resulting from negligence is passive or active and release SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

1. I/we have read and understood proposed complete travel itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, payments, refunds, penalties charges for any cancellation, hotels and its reviews, sightseeing tours, and all other notes proposed by SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and willing to confirm this tour.

2. I/we are aware that hotels have the rights to provide either Queen- or King-sized beds and Double or Twin Beds depending on the occupancy on the day of my / our arrival as well as based on the hotel ROH (Run On Hour). I am also aware that most of the hotels provide rollaway bed or foldable bed or Sofa Bed for any extra bed request.

3. I/We understand that, SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, it’s owners / staff / partners will not be liable to me / any person traveling with me for any inconvenience caused due to rude or unprofessional behaviour or negligence of hotel staff, tour manager, guides, drivers or any third party and release and waive from any liability for any untoward incident or unsatisfactory or lack or deficiency in any services caused by 3rd party who does not come under direct purview of the company.

4. I/We understand that for any reason if I/we cancel the tour programme after making the payment, a 10% + paid GST amount on the total invoice value will be forfeited on traveler towards Principle Supplier and SHREE WORLD VACATIONS service charges in addition to the hotel, airline, and land package cancellation charges (If any).

5. I/We understand that there are No refunds for Non-refundable bookings and No refunds after cancellation period. Any deviations from proposed itinerary will not be entertained. Any unused services or tour will be considered as cancellation from travellers’ side and no refunds can be claimed. If there are any refunds, the same will be initiated once SHREE WORLD VACATIONS receive it from the supplier.

6. I/We acknowledge that there will be no refunds for any cancellation or postponement due to natural disasters or any incident which may be considered as Act of God or man-made disasters. However, during any untoward incidences, the supplier / company may offer new travel dates for the travellers to take the holiday tour. There could be changes in the price, itinerary due to various circumstances. The difference in the price must be borne by the traveller (if any). If the traveller disagrees to travel on the proposed new travel dates, then, it will be considered as cancellation from travellers’ side and cancellation fees and penalties will be levied.

7. I/We agree to follow local government’s rules and regulations, medical check-ups (if any), standard operating procedures (SOP’s) including any quarantine (if any) without opposing in case of any outbreaks. I/We agree to follow instructions given by tour guide while on tour. I/We will be solely responsible for any eventualities, problems, issues caused by me/us while on tour.

8. I/We will not hold SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and their supplier partners liable for any incident and health hazards occur due to any Eventualities, Epidemic while on the tour or post completion of tour program. I/We also agree to undergo any test at any given point in time and do not resist. I/We also agree to get quarantined if test result shows positive.

9. I agree to follow local government’s rules and regulations, medical check-ups (if any), standard operating procedures (Sop’s) without opposing in case of any outbreaks. I understand that SHREE WORLDS VACATIONS has no role to play.

10. We understand that ROE is calculated bases on XE+1 on prevailing rate of the payment date.

11. I/We understand that as per Section 206C(1G)(a) – TCS on foreign remittance through Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) all foreign travelers (overseas tour packages) MUST pat 5% on total invoice value (excluding GST).

12. The TCS can be claimed as a credit in the tax return at the time of filing ITR.

LIABILITY

In ACCEPTING THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER FROM LIABILITY, I/we voluntarily assume all risks, for personal injury, death, losses or any other damage, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary, to me or my family, friends or relatives (travelling with me) that may occur as a result of our participation in your tours of the negligence of any party, including the tour guide resulting from negligence is passive or active and release SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Most of the package prices are Non-refundable or partially refundable and comes under 100% cancellation after making payment. I understand SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is not responsible for any refunds or cancellations due to any natural and manmade disasters as mentioned above in clause 3 & 6. During this unprecedented time if there are any natural and manmade disasters, before the travel or while traveling any Refunds and cancellation depends on principle supplier’s policy. Supplier at his / her discretion may offer you options such as a) Credit shell b) Vouchers for future travel c) Partial Refund after deductions (service charges) d) Change or offer a different travel date e) Full cancellation or f) Find a replacement to travel on their behalf.

I / We also understand and agree that any cancellations due to force majeure may be refunded in the form of vouchers ONLY OR either travellers will be reimbursed if they can provide any alternate travelers or bookings and the refund amount can be reimbursed after receiving full amount from the other traveller OR traveller has to wait till SHREE WORLD VACATIONS gets other bookings for the same destination and the due amount will be reimbursed upon receiving full amount from the new traveller.

I have been explained, read and understood that all service charges / commissions and GST will be deducted at the time of refund (If cancelled by traveler)

Any one Traveler or Lead Representative or Agency can Digitally sign this BOOKING FORM.

When cancellation is made	Cancellation charges given below are TENTATIVE only if it is Refundable
Prior to 45 days or more	25% of amount Paid or the cost of supplier penalties, whichever is higher + Service Charges
Between 44-30 days of departure	50% of tour cost or the cost of supplier penalties, whichever is higher + Service Charges
Between 29-16 days of departure	75% of tour cost or the cost of supplier penalties, whichever is higher + Service Charges
Within 15 days to date of departure	100% of total tour cost
No Show	100% of total tour cost
