RELEASE AND WAIVER FROM LIABILITY

I/we understand that many risks are beyond the control of SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is a travel agent and ONLY liasoning between Tour operator and travellers.  In ACCEPTING THIS WAIVER, I/we voluntarily assume all risks, for personal injury, death, losses or any other damage, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary, to me or my family, friends or relatives (travelling with me) that may occur as a result of our participation in your tours of the negligence of any party, including the tour guide resulting from negligence is passive or active and release SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

1. I/we have read and understood proposed complete travel itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, payments, refunds, penalties charges for any cancellation, hotels and its reviews, sightseeing tours, and all other notes proposed by SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and willing to confirm this tour.

2. I/we are aware that hotels have the rights to provide either Queen- or King-sized beds and Double or Twin Beds depending on the occupancy on the day of my / our arrival as well as based on the hotel ROH (Run On Hour). I am also aware that most of the hotels provide rollaway bed or foldable bed or Sofa Bed for any extra bed request.

3. I/We understand that, SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, it’s owners / staff / partners will not be liable to me / any person traveling with me for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointed, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party caused due to rude or unprofessional behaviour or negligence of hotel staff, tour manager, guides, drivers or any third party and release and waive from any liability for any untoward incident or unsatisfactory or lack or deficiency in any services caused by 3rd party who does not come under direct purview of the company. I/We understand that for any reason if I/we cancel the tour programme after making the payment, a 10% + GST on the total invoice value will be forfeited towards Supplier and SHREE WORLD VACATIONS service charges in addition to the hotel, airline, and land package cancellation charges (If any). GST once paid will not be refunded.

4. I/We understand that for any reason if I/we cancel the tour programme after making the payment, a 10% + paid GST amount on the total invoice value will be forfeited on traveler towards  SHREE WORLD VACATIONS service charges in addition to any penalties from the hotel, airline, and land package cancellation charges (If any).

5. I/We acknowledge that there will be no refunds for any cancellation or postponement due to natural disasters or any incident which may be considered as Act of God or man-made disasters. However, during any untoward incidences, the supplier / company may offer new travel dates for the travellers to take the holiday tour. There could be changes in the price, itinerary due to various circumstances. The difference in the price must be borne by the traveller (if any).  If the traveller disagrees to travel on the proposed new travel dates, then, it will be considered as cancellation from travellers’ side and cancellation fees and penalties will be levied..

6. I/We agree to follow local government’s rules and regulations, medical check-ups (if any), standard operating procedures (SOP’s) including any quarantine (if any) without opposing in case of any outbreaks. I/We agree to follow instructions given by tour guide while on tour. I/We will be solely responsible for any eventualities, problems, issues caused by me/us while on tour. I understand that SHREE WORLD VACATIONS has no role to play.

7. I/We will not hold SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and their supplier partners liable for any incident and health hazards occur due to any Eventualities, Epidemic while on the tour or post completion of tour program. I/We also agree to undergo any test at any given point in time and do not resist. I/We also agree to get quarantined if test result shows positive.

8. LIABILITY: - I/we understand that many risks are beyond the control of SHREE WORLD VACATIONS and SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is a travel agent and ONLY Liaoning between Tour operator and travelers. In ACCEPTING THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER FROM LIABILITY, I/we voluntarily assume all risks, for personal injury, death, losses or any other damage, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary, to me or my family, friends or relatives (travelling with me) that may occur as a result of our participation in your tours of the negligence of any party, including the tour guide resulting from negligence is passive or active and release SHREE WORLD VACATIONS, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

9. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: - Most of the package prices are Non-refundable or partially refundable and comes under respective supplier cancellation policy after making payment. I understand SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is not responsible for any refunds for cancellations due to any natural and manmade disasters, like Epidemic, Earthquake or any other form of natural disaster or cancellations or non-utilized services as mentioned above in clauses 4, 5 & 10. Supplier at his / her discretion may offer you options such as a) Credit shell b) Vouchers c) Refund (after deductions of service charges) d) Change or offer a different travel date e) Full cancellation with NO REFUND or f) Find a replacement to travel on their behalf.

10. I / We understand that the credit shell amount may be kept with Airline/Hotel/Supplier as per their policy. Till then the invoice amount will be in the form of Credit Shell or Voucher with the supplier or respective airlines or hotel. Refund amount (if any) will be refunded as per prevailing ROE on the day of refund. SHREE WORLD VACATIONS will refund (if any) to the customer as and when it receives from the respective Hotel / Supplier   

11. I / We also understand and agree that any cancellations due to force majeure or cancellation from traveller’s side may be refunded (if any) in the form of VOUCHERS ONLY and Refund will not be made in the form of any CASH / DD / BANK TRANSFER after deductions (if any).

12. I have been explained, read and understood that all service charges / commissions / bank charges and GST will be deducted at the time of refund (if any).

13. Any one Traveller or Lead Representative or Agency can digitally sign this TOUR BOOKING FORM on all travellers’ behalf. I / We understand that the traveller / person who signs the TOUR BOOKING FORM has explained itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, cancellation and refund and all other terms conditions mentioned in this BOOKING FORM as well as in the website https://www.shreeworld.com/terms-and-conditions and we agree to all the terms and conditions.

13. I understand that as per Section 206C(1G)(a) – TCS on foreign remittance through Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) all foreign travellers (overseas tour packages) MUST pay 5% on total invoice value (excluding GST) and I adhere to pay the 5% TCS on total Invoice Value.

14. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS :  Most of the package prices are Non-refundable or partially refundable and comes under respective supplier cancellation  policy after making payment. I understand SHREE WORLD VACATIONS is not responsible for any refunds for cancellations due to any natural and manmade disasters as mentioned above in clauses 4, 6 & 11. During this unprecedented time if there are any natural and manmade disasters, before the travel or while traveling or cancellation from travellers side or non-utilized services depends on principle supplier’s policy. Supplier at his / her discretion may offer you options such as a) Credit shell b) Vouchers c) Refund (after deductions of service charges) d) Change or offer a different travel date e) Full cancellation with NO REFUND or f) Find a replacement to travel on their behalf.

I / We also understand and agree that any cancellations including due to force majeure may be refunded in the form of vouchers ONLY. I have been explained, read and understood that all service charges / commissions and GST will be deducted at the time of refund (If cancelled by traveler)

Any one Traveler or Lead Representative or Agency can Digitally sign this BOOKING FORM.
