Overview:
Noisily (celebrating its 10th year) is a music and arts festival created by music and art lovers. A huge amount of time and effort is taken over each and every detail of the event. Our stages, sound systems, lighting shows, decor, art installation, crowed, Mind, Body and Soul area and traders create what has become a truly amazing spectacle. We focus on the more underground genres of Techno, Psy Trance, Bass and World Music with some amazing House, Tribal, Drum and Bass mixed in. We are very lucky to have an amazing crowd that loves their food and dressing up as much as they love partying.

Our traders return year on year and spaces only free up occasionally.

Demographic: 18-65, average age of 36. All walks of life.

Types of pitches and pricing

We will site you depending on the type of stall you have, and the nature of the goods you’re selling.

Given that we have around 6000 ticket holders on site and the fact we only accommodate a limited number of traders, there should be plenty of scope for traders to turn a profit.

Standard Pitch

Pitch fees for non-food traders typically vary depending on size, the nature of goods you sell and the individual infrastructure requirements that you have. Prices start at £500.

Power is available at £75 + VAT per 16 amp feed.

You may apply for up to 3 staff passes. The number of tickets allocated will vary depending on how long your stall is able to be open and again the nature of your stall.

Each additional pass needed is charged at £155 + VAT, these must be requested at the point of booking and are for staff only.

Fly Pitch

We will be accepting fly pitching applications, with a fly pitch being; 1 x rug on the floor no wider than 2m and no deeper than 2m.

We will provide an area specific to fly pitchers where everyone can lay out their goods. This is not a covered area.

Each fly pitch will be subject to a £125 + VAT charge.

There is no power available for fly pitches.

All fly pitchers will need to buy their own tickets and arrive at the public opening times, further details will be given once accepted.

Any fly pitches that are found not to have paid will be asked to pay on the spot. Failure to do so will result in the request to stop selling.

Power

If you require power, this will be charged depending on the type of feed you require. The type of feed you require is worked out by what electronic equipment you will be running. If you are not sure what you need, you can give us a list of the items you use and we will work it out. Typically, you will require a 16amp feed.
