    Unfortunately we are NOT able to provide a proper training if you do not speak english.

    You need to study documents in the english language to be able to fly or work as an air traffic controller on IVAO.

    This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Training Service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

    We use your personal data to provide the Training Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    IVAO Switzerland Training Staff (referred to as either “the Training Staff”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to all Staff Members and Coaches of IVAO Switzerland.

    Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

    Service refers to the Training Service.

    You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

     

    Collecting and Using your Personal Data

    While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    • Email address
    • First name and last name
    • IVAO VID

    We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

    • To provide and maintain our Service
    • To contact you, when relevant to the Training Service
    • To manage your requests

    Who has access to your Personal Data?

    • The IVAO Switzerland Staff Members
    • The IVAO Switzerland Coaches (Coaches do not necessarily hold an official Staff position).

     

    Storage of your Personal Data

    Your Personal Data may be stored on all tools used by IVAO Switzerland, including Third-Party tools and web-based software.

     

    Retention of your Personal Data

    We will retain your Personal Data only as long as is necessary for the purposes of the Training Service; normally as long as you are an active IVAO user, since all future trainings may be based on your retained training data.

     

    Security of your Personal Data

    The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

     

    Data protection rights

    We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

    • The right to access (you have the right to request copies of your personal data).
    • The right to rectification (you have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate)
    • The right to erasure (you have the right to request that we erase your personal data. Please note that in this case, your training records will be erased and you may need to start the Training process from the beginning again if you wish to benefit from our Training Service again).
    • The right to restrict processing (you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. The conditions are the same as the right to erasure).
    • The right to object to processing (you have the right to object our processing of your personal data. The conditions are the same as the right to erasure).

    Children’s Privacy

    Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, since the minimum age for inscription on IVAO is 13.
