  • PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE REQUEST FOR EACH FUNDED MEET

    Have copies of receipts and coach deck passes scanned and saved prior to completing this form.  You will be required to upload them.


    Eligibility Requirements:

    • The club must have completed USA Swimming’s Club Recognition Program Level 1.
    • Coaches must be coaching swimmers who have met athlete funding requirements.
    • The club must have attended the AMS Spring and Fall HOD meetings.
    • Funding Amounts are "Up To" the designated amount based on actual expenses

    Guidelines:

    • 1-5 athletes:  Expenses for up to 1 coach reimbursed.
    • 6-10 athletes:  Expenses for up to 2 coaches reimbursed
    • 11+ athletes:  Expenses for up to 3 coaches reimbursed
    • Funding Amounts are "Up To" the designated amount based on actual expenses

    Eligible Expenses (include but not limited to)

    • Hotel
    • Air Fare
    • Car Rental
    • Gas & Tolls
    • Coach Meals

    For Clubs submitting shared expenses - in addition to receipts, please provide a summary that breaks expenses down on a "per person" basis.

    Application Deadline:  December 31st for the preceding Short Course and Long Course Season (September - August).
