Terms and Conditions:
We kindly request your careful review of the following terms and conditions:
1- Reservation Policy: All reservation fees become non-refundable seven days before the commencement of the event. Please ensure your participation before this period.
2- Booth Allocation: Each booth is strictly allocated to a single vendor. It is against our policy to permit sharing of the booth space with different organizations or entities.
3- Booth Management: Vendors are prohibited from selling, vacating, or transferring their designated kiosk to another vendor. The responsibility of managing the booth lies solely with the initial vendor.
4- Booth Size and Regulations:We will provide a booth space measuring 10x8 feet, equipped with one 6-foot table and two chairs.
5- Please note, the use of glitter, confetti, hooks, or any other items that may cause damage to the walls is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the venue.
