A surprise local ingredients box and IMPORTANT PICK UP DATE:
We are excited to offer this session's participants a surprise box of fresh, seasonal ingredients to highlight our vibrant local and regional food network! Please note that these boxes are a one-time pick up with contents that are intended to last for the entire session. They will be incorporated into upcoming recipes and will supply some of the needed ingredients. Shopping for additional ingredients will still be necessary. Boxes will be available for pick up on Thursday, February 2nd from 1-5pm at the greenhouse at Twigs Nursery (890 US Hwy 89). There is no additional cost. This food is included with your registration.
TUITION:
$225 per student per 6-week session.
CLASS SIZE:
Classes are limited to 25 students. Please do not include friends or additional visitors without obtaining advance permission from the instructor. The classes are carefully planned to allow individualized instruction and completion of recipes within the 90-minute time frame.
