So you want to join our team huh? Then welcome. I'm Tim Manning, the founder of Angler Tungsten Co. We bring individuals on board who are the weekend anglers. The lifeblood of the sport we all love. Our company has been around since November 2019 and we got our start like most small tackle businesses, by struggling and grinding every day. The company was funded mostly by tournament winnings in local/regional events, the same events that most of you all fish every single weekend. That being said, it's important to us to work with anglers who are just like us.
