Rent:

1. Parking cost is ninety dollars ($90) per month. Payment is due in three month installments. Payment is non-refundable unless contract is terminated by landlord. Landlord will give minimum 30 days notice of termination.

Note: The tenant represents and warrants that they do not live in the premises listed above and will be subject to lease end on 30 days notice.

Agreement pending approval from landlord through email acceptance.

 

Terms:

1.   The landlord represents and warrants that they have the authority and permission to lease out the said parking space listed above.

2.    The tenant agrees this rental cannot be sublet, assigned or transferred without permission from landlord. Only the car listed above shall have the right to park in the spot unless permission from landlord is granted for a second vehicle. The car shall always in good operating conditions.

3.   Any leaks are to be repaired immediately to not cause any damage to the parking lot asphalt. Insurance to be valid during the period of this rental agreement.

4.   The Landlord may terminate this agreement by providing one (1) month notice. On termination of this agreement any refund owed of advanced payment must be complete within 14 days. Any unpaid rent must be paid within seven (7) days.

 5.  If rent is not paid on the due date vehicle will considered as “unauthorized” and could possibly be towed away at the owner’s expense.
