Scholarship Description
The Carroll County Farm Bureau will be awarding up to $2,000 in scholarships for qualified students from Carroll County who are or will be pursuing further education. Please visit the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation to access the online application.

Applicant Eligibility
- Applicant should be a high school senior or graduate planning to attend or having entered an accredited institution offering post-secondary education.
- The applicant, or his/her parents or guardian, must be a resident of Carroll County and a current Carroll County Farm Bureau member for the last two consecutive membership years.
PLEASE NOTE – This application is estimated to take one-hour to complete and must be completed in one sitting. Please obtain your transcript, letters of recommendation, and write your essay(s) before beginning this application.
- Transcript: Applicant must provide a High School, Technical School, College or University transcript
- Letters of Recommendation (2):
- Applicants must obtain two (2) letters of reference from an adult leader, mentor, and/or educator that describes the applicant’s academic, community service, and/or leadership experiences.
- Letters may not be written by the applicant, anyone under 21 years of age, or anyone related to the applicant or serving as a legal guardian.
- Please note that letters of recommendation must be dated within the last six (6) months and cannot be reused if you have previously applied for this scholarship.
