One form must be completed for each address that requires service. Multiple persons to be served at the same address can be listed on one form. Proof of service is completed and emailed to the client, for filing within 1 business day upon being served. Service includes up to 3 attempts, at the same address.

California Registered Process Server Disclosure and Rates:

All service requests include up to 3 attempts, at one address. Fees include printing up to 50 pages. For each additional page there will be a .50 cents charge, per page. If the affidavit of service, requires notary, there is an additional $29 fee. We will email an invoice, for any additional charges. Payment must be made prior to service. Proof of Service will be provided within 1 business day or same day upon request. Fees do not include court filing If you would like us to provide court filing service, there is an additional $59 fee. Prices are subject to change due to remote locations, circumstances, and delivery of documents.
