• SmileCon® 2023 Housing Block and Meeting Space Request

    Groups wishing to obtain a housing block or hold functions in conjunction with the ADA's SmileCon® in Orlando must first obtain approval from ADA. It is the responsibility of the organizers to make sure that those requests comply with the guidelines regulated by the ADA. Such requests must be approved in advance by ADA and organizers should not reach out to hotels directly.

    Registration will open on June 7.  In order to have your block built in the system please submit requests by April 21. Blocks will be confirmed by May 15. All groups requesting housing blocks will receive a group code to be distributed to the individuals to be used in the registration website (instructions can be provided by request). This code will allow your group members to see your specific block when booking housing. Groups will be quoted the ADA negotiated rate with each property. There will be no additional discounts above the ADA negotiated rate.

    The hotels are listed in the drop downs below. The rate listed next to each hotel is the standard rate over peak nights. Groups will be quoted the ADA negotiated rate with each property. There will be no additional discounts above the ADA negotiated rate.

    If your group is also requesting meeting space, please note we have space available at the Hilton Orlando and the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Additional space can be requested at other properties on an as needed basis. If you are comfortable with your meeting space and hotel block to be at separate properties, please note that in the comments.

    Organizations wishing to hold meetings or events in conjunction with the ADA's SmileCon in Orlando must first obtain meeting space from ADA. It is the responsibility of the organizers hosting meetings to make sure that those events comply with the guidelines regulated by the ADA. Such events must be approved in advance by ADA, and should not conflict with any SmileCon programming. The ADA is able to provide organizations with complimemtary meeting space when this process is followed.

    Affiliate meetings are only permitted during hours that do not conflict with official SmileCon functions. Make sure your events comply with the below approved meeting times.
