    General
I authorize GZA Inc. to charge the credit card entered on this credit card form above the amount indicated on this form. This payment is for or towards the tickets/wristbands/goods/services described in the invoice referenced on this form and/or as detailed in communication between GZA Inc. and myself and/or representatives of the camp/yeshiva/school (hereinafter "group" or "groups") that I am paying on behalf of, plus any applicable fees.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute or contest the payment with my credit card company, provided that the transaction amount corresponds to the amount indicated on this form.
I certify that if for whatever reason the payment is rejected, contested or disputed by me or by any other party, or for whatever reason the payment doesn't wind up inuring to GZA Inc. after any lenght of time, I will be personally responsible for payment to GZA Inc. regardless if I have or have not any financial stake in the group and/or regardless if I am or am not the authorized user of the credit card.
I agree to abide by the policies that GZA Inc. has implemented for the purchase of, payment towards, provision of, and/or use of tickets/wristbands/goods/services that GZA Inc. offers, sells, provides, and/or arranges.
I agree that any dispute relating to the purchase of, payment towards, provision of, and/or use of tickets/wristbands/goods/services will be resolved by binding Rabbinic arbitration. GZA Inc. reserves the right to select the Bais Havaad Halacha Center of Lakewood NJ, the Machon L’hoyroa in Monsey NY, or another recognized beis din, to provide such arbitration.
GZA Inc. does its best to ensure that groups are charged the correct amount. In the event of a billing error—whether neither party noticed it, or one party noticed but did not inform the other—both parties agree to be mochel each other for any overpayment or underpayment that may have occurred. This only applies to unintentional mistakes, not to errors made knowingly or with intent. This does not prevent either party from raising the issue later and requesting an appropriate adjustment.

    Private Events
GZA Inc. arranges private events at amusement parks, water parks, and other venues, and sells tickets/wristbands for use at such events. GZA Inc. has implemented the following policies for participating and/or attempting to participate in such events, and for the payment, sale and/or use of tickets/wristbands for such events.
              1. All campers, students, staff members etc. of groups participating in an event must abide by all the guest conduct, safety and other policies formulated by the park.
              2. Parks reserve the right to limit or close attractions for reasons such as staffing levels, safety, weather, maintenance, misbehavior of guests or other reasons. In the event of such an occurrence, GZA Inc. is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered as a result, and no refunds will be provided.
                3. Parks reserve the right to eject guests who do not follow the park's guest conduct, safety, or other policies, and/or their parties. In the event of such an occurrence, GZA Inc. is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered as a result, and no refunds will be provided.
                4. Parks reserve the right to cancel events ahead of time due to reasons beyond their control. In the event of such an occurrence, GZA Inc. is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered as a result but will refund any payments that were made to GZA Inc., provided that tickets/wristbands and any other items that were sent to the group are returned to GZA Inc. within 14 days of such occurrence.
                5. Tickets/wristbands, and/or deposit, balance or other payments towards tickets/wristbands, are not refundable, even if a group is unable or unwilling to participate in an event for whatever reason, except as outlined below. Additionally, once a group submits a deposit, balance or other payment towards tickets/wristbands, the group is responsible for payment of the total amount of all the tickets/wristbands they reserved or ordered. If a group does not submit the requested balance payment within two weeks of the date of the initial balance payment invoice (even if a modified invoice was subsequently provided), GZA Inc. reserves the right at its discretion to cancel the group's participation in the event and retain the group's deposit.
                 6. In the event of a forecast of inclement weather for a particular event which can significantly impact the event, GZA Inc. will consult ahead of time with the park and with one or more of the groups participating in that event, and will reach a decision if the event will continue as planned or will be cancelled. This decision is binding on all groups participating in that event. If the decision is to go ahead with the event, GZA Inc. will not provide any refunds to any group which elects not to participate. If weather conditions limit attraction availability or otherwise impede any aspect of the event, GZA Inc. will not provide any refunds. If the decision is to cancel the event, GZA Inc. will refund all participating groups for any payments made to GZA Inc. provided that tickets/wristbands and any other items that were sent to the group are returned to GZA Inc. within 14 days of the scheduled event date.
              7. If the majority of a group participates in an event, the group can return tickets/wristbands that haven't been used/redeemed to GZA Inc. at the event for a full refund for the cost of those tickets/wristbands. Tickets/wristbands that are not returned at the event cannot be returned afterwards and cannot be used at other events. GZA Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit returns to 10% of the amount of tickets/wristbands purchased.
               8. Events are private and are arranged by GZA Inc. on behalf of and exclusively for the campers, students and staff members of the participating groups. Tickets/wristbands may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise provided to outsiders, defined as anyone who is not a full-time camper, full-time student, or full-time staff member of the group. GZA Inc. reserves the right to cancel and/or not honor tickets/wristbands being used by outsiders, and/or have park security escort such guests off park property.
                 9. In the event that GZA Inc. is assessed a fee, fine or other charge by a park due to misbehavior, misuse, litter, damage, or actions that are not in accordance with the park's policies or expectations, which was committed or caused by one or more of the participating groups, or by a camper(s), student(s) staff member(s) or guest(s) thereof, GZA Inc. will attempt to make a determination as to which group is responsible, and that group will be required to reimburse GZA Inc. the full amount of the charge within 14 days. If GZA Inc. cannot conclusively determine which group is responsible, GZA Inc. will assess the charge on all participating groups proportional to the amount of tickets/wristbands they used, and they will be required to reimburse GZA Inc. their share within 14 days.
                10. GZA Inc. does not own or operate any parks, and is not responsible for any losses or damages, monetary or otherwise, that may be incurred at the event or arise from purchasing tickets/wristbands and/or participating or attempting to participate in an event.
