REQUIREMENTS
Members who wish to be considered for an SLC Scholarship must:
- be on record as having paid local, state, and national dues
- have qualified to attend SLC
- show evidence of having a cumulative, minimum weighted grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- submit a completed application by February 9, 2024
APPLICATION MATERIALS
Submit the application form and attachments no later than February 9th:
- PDF of grade transcript (does not have to be official)
- PDF of essay describing what FBLA means to you - it is suggested you outline involvement in FBLA, leadership positions held, and any awards received (one-page, double-spaced maximum)
The local chapter adviser will complete a separate form to upload a PDF of a signed letter of recommendation describing the applicant's qualifications and achievements, and affirming demonstrated financial need. It is the student's responsibility to communicate this to their adviser. The adviser will be emailed a link to complete the recommendation form after the student submits.
