Creating your SHAPE industry profile
SHAPE maintains a profile for every staff member in a production role. The profile is comprised of information about you, your industry experience and previous success. We do this for two main reasons.

Firstly, so our bid & tender teams can create a CV for you when creating tender submission or expression of interest.The more information you provide in your profile, the better our submission and chance of winning our next project.

Secondly, so SHAPE people can browse everyone’s profile and search for project experience. This allows you and your colleagues to find people who’ve worked for a certain client, industry sector or project type. We therefore want to know everything you’ve done so you might be able to help someone learn from your experience, or perhaps add you to a project team that you’re well suited for.

We therefore ask all new shapians to take the time to complete an initial thorough profile.

We’ll automatically update your profile with your project experience as your SHAPE career progresses, so you won’t need to continually update your project experience. We just ask that you complete your initial profile to get the ball rolling.
