1. Konos Core program students
2. Siblings of Konos Core program students
3. Returning Konos Plus Only students
4. Siblings of returning Konos Plus Only students 
5. New Konos Plus Only students

The $50 registration fees you pay with this form are not refundable unless a class is at capacity and cannot admit additional students, or a class is canceled for insufficient number of students.

Withdrawal from a KONOS Plus course before October 16th is permitted with no further obligation for remaining tuition payments (October tuition is required if drop request is after Oct. 2nd). Parents must notify the Konos Plus teacher directly. After October 16th, the withdrawing family is responsible for 50% of the remaining tuition payments for the school year. All parents should consult with the Konos Plus teacher before withdrawing. The administration will drop a student from a class only after receiving confirmation from the teacher to proceed.

Submitting this application indicates agreement with this policy.

$50 registration fee per course. Some courses have more than 1 time option, which you can see when you click on the dropdown arrow below the course name. If one time option is full, another may still be available.

The teacher of each course will notify you about time, place, prerequisites, and materials required.
