Applications are accepted through SATURDAY APRIL 1, 2023 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise in booth MUST be approved.

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and or possibly listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Booth Specifics:

You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tent, tables, tent weights and chairs. Presentation of your tent is key to a successful market and will be taken account in the selection of our vendors.
Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests.

I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the 2023 Old Town Market (OTM) Policies, including the SCDHEC and SCDA Food & Feed Safety and Compliance Program Guidelines. I have completed the application and included required documents including but not limited to meat inspections, egg licenses, City of Rock Hill business license, and all other applicable USDA documents, permits, or licenses. Applications must be complete for acceptance to the Old Town Market (OTM). I understand that vendor fees are due prior to reserved months. Failure of payment will result in non-participation in the OTM. There will be no on-site payment. I understand that OTM recommends that I carry my own liability insurance while participating in OTM. I also understand there is no smoking on site at ANY venue the OTM is located. I, and all of my employees, volunteers, and guests, agree to and shall indemnify and hold Old Town Market (OTM), Old Town Association (OTA), and City of Rock Hill harmless from and against all liability, loss, damages or injury, and all costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs of any suit related thereto) suffered or incurred by OTM, OTA, or City of Rock Hill, arising from participation in OTM. I, and all of my employees, volunteers, and guests, hereby waive, release, and discharge OTM, OTA, and the City of Rock Hill of and from any and all claims, demands, costs, liability and causes of action whatsoever that may arise as a result of participation in OTM, including, but not limited to, any claims, causes of action, liability, damages, demands and costs related to personal or property injury. By entering this event, you understand and agree that your photograph or image may be taken in any public place. You further grant permission and consent to the City of Rock Hill and non-profit entities working with the City to promote the City’s downtown area to use any such photograph, motion picture or image for any reasonable purpose.*
