  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through SATURDAY APRIL 1, 2023 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise in booth MUST be approved.

  • Market Fees:
    Rental fees for spaces at OTFM are listed below.  Vendor must supply their own tent(s) table(s), chair(s) and supplies.

  • SPECIAL MARKET: CHRISTMASVILLE (DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED)

    VENDORS CAN ONLY RECIEVE A DISCOUNT AT THE CHRISTMASVILLE GIFT MARKET IF THEY HAVE ATTENDED THE OLD TOWN MARKET FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON'S DATES. 

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and or possibly listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tent, tables, tent weights and chairs. Presentation of your tent is key to a successful market and will be taken account in the selection of our vendors.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds will be given for cancellation requests.
