Thank you for your interest in INN's wealth screening services. To access our fundraising programs and services, each applicant must be an active member of the Institute for Nonprofit News.

Upon completion of this form, you will receive instructions from INN on how to submit your donor information for screening. Please note that it can take up to 21 days to receive your wealth screening results after submitting your donor file.

Each calendar year, INN will perform wealth screening on your first 1,000 contacts at no cost. Beyond the first 1,000 names, your organization will be invoiced $.20 per submitted donor name.

By submitting this form, your organization agrees to participate in the sharing of data necessary to evaluate program effectiveness. Individual responses will not be made public.
