EPIC Travel Experience 🌍🧳 Policy:
📍All inquiries require a non-refundable administrative consult fee of $25 for (solo travel), $45 (couples), $75 (family & group trips) . For theme park tickets ONLY $15 admin fee. Administrative consult fee is for my time in planning, preparing, negotiating, and booking travel arrangements. No research is done until payment received.
📍 Admin Consult fee entitles you a maximum of 3 quotes in no more than 2 destinations and is valid for 24 hours after received. (***Disclaimer: Prices are subject to change until deposit is paid in full)
📍Admin Consult fee is charged per booking. New Booking would be a different or additional date/location. *If you are modifying original booking no additional fee will apply.*
📍When you inquire please have a head count on who all will be vacationing with you. Any additional parties added after you pay the admin fee, would be considered a new booking and that party would be responsible for paying a $15 booking fee.
📍Customer information Form must be completed within 48 hours of your research fee being paid. If you need more time please let me know via email(epictravelsinfo@aol.com)or by phone/call/text (682) 200-9864
📍We must be able to communicate effectively, meaning please reply within 24-48 hours.
📍Please have your requested dates Off and Approved by your employer before inquiring, if applicable.
📍Prices may vary based on availability/dates/location
📍Be Deposit Ready. (Discounts/Deals depend on it) Once quote is received your booking would need to be secured with deposit or paid in full. Payment plan can only be set up if your trip is more than 2 months out. If your trip is less than 2 months out full payment will be required to secure your booking.
📍Business Hours Are OPEN/CST (please be considerate). If you reach out to me Sat/Sun please allow 48-72 hours for a response. If it is an emergency please call 911.
📍If you have an issue with your flight during travel please go to the airline customer service desk in the airport for immediate assistance.
📍If you purchased Allianz Travel Insurance and you have travel/luggage delay or need to use the medical benefits please contact Allianz at 800-497-4029
